Dance-A-Thon

October 23, 2019 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join us on Wednesday, October 23rd from 7 pm – 9 pm at The Ranch Concert Hall & Saloon for a Dance-A-Thon to benefit Abuse Counseling and Treatment, Inc.  Click on “Join Campaign” to join the team as a participating dancer and help us raise funds to support victims here in our community. As a participating dancer, you will be required to arrive at The Ranch the night of the event at 6:30 pm for registration. Between 7 and 9 you’ll hit the floor to dance for those dollars raised!  *You do not need to KNOW a line dance to be eligible to participate. Just get out on the floor and groove!*

Raise the most funds or complete the most dances and you’ll be eligible to win a concert ticket package for 10!!  *The tie breaker for most dances completed will be the most funds raised*.  Your fee to join the team as a dancer will only be the $5 cash cover charge at The Ranch the night of the event.

If you are looking to sponsor a dancer, click on “Donate” and then select the dancer you wish to sponsor.

Wednesdays at The Ranch is all ages night! Bring the family out to support this incredibly important event and wear purple to help us shed light on this very dark subject.  Participate in raffles and help us stomp out Domestic Violence!  You can join the team or  sponsor a dancer by clicking HERE!  If you would like a list of needed shelter items (ex: toothpaste, diapers, soap, etc), check out our Wish List. For every item you bring with you the night of the event, you’ll receive one raffle ticket to deposit on a raffle item of your choosing. The more items you bring, the more chances you’ll have to win!

ACT is a non-profit agency serving victims of domestic violence and their children, as well as survivors of sexual violence and human trafficking in Lee, Hendry and Glades Counties in Florida for 40 years. This event will help support the sheltering of victims of violence and their children, as well as bring education and awareness to our community.

The event is hosted by Julie Noble, in memory of her sister, Melissa Morrison, whose life was lost at the hands of domestic violence on April 24, 2011. *Julie will be participating as a dancer but will NOT be competing for prizes*.
