ACT provides a 24-hour hotline available for confidential counseling and referrals. In 2007, ACT received a total of 14,909 hotline calls for our local community.
Trained, professional staff monitor the phone and provide some or all of the following services to callers:
- Crisis Counseling
- Information and Referrals
- Safety Planning
- Admission to the Shelter
Note: We could add a mpg of a sample crisis call on here for the audience to hear. It could be roll-played and taped.
